Ace Body Corporate Management

Stephen Raff is the CEO and founder of Ace Body Corporate Management, an international body corporate management company based in Melbourne. Ace manages over 36,000 units Australia-wide and is responsible for managing property and assets worth over $9 billion. Stephen now supports over 70 franchise areas under the Ace name around Australia and Singapore.

Stephen worked in the pharmaceutical industry for over 20 years to become National Sales Manager and National Training Manager and obtain several certificates in the medical and business field. It was not until becoming a committee member of his body corporate that he found a new career path and soon started his own practice as a strata manager.

Stephen has been involved and on committees of Owners Corporations Victoria for the past 13 years. He also maintains membership with other state institutes. Stephen has a certificate IV in Assessment and Workplace Training, is a qualified Surveyor for Retirement Villages, a Mediator and he holds a Master’s Degree in Management, among a number of other qualifications and post-nominals, including Fellow Strata Manager.

He has written various articles on body corporate management for newspapers and magazines in Australia and internationally. He is the author of The Body corporate Handbook. A Guide to Buying, Owning, and Living in a Body Corporate or Owners Corporation in Australia, he co-authored the bestselling book, Top Franchise CEOs’ Secrets Revealed, and has also authored a book called, 0 – 52 Secrets Revealed and Lessons Learnt.
