As an Ace manager, you will:

• undergo extensive training and certification to become a strata manager;
  
• maintain membership with the relevant state institute for strata management and attend regular continuing professional development training sessions;
  
• have access to an internal database of resources, head office support staff, and a large peer support network;
  
• receive a monthly ACE newsletter and industry updates;
  
• attend monthly ACE workshops as well as ACE conferences and study tours; 
  
• benefit from national marketing, publicity, website, and word-of-mouth.
