 Ace typically recruits managers who have a professional background, a focus on customer service, a good attention to detail, people skills, strong computer literacy, and who will utilise ongoing training and support.

As an Ace manager, you will:

  • undergo training and certification to become a strata manager; 
  • maintain membership with the relevant state institute for strata management and attend regular continuing professional development training sessions;
  • have access to an internal database of resources, head office support staff, a large peer support network, and company sponsors;
  • receive a monthly ACE newsletter and regular industry updates;
  • attend monthly ACE workshops as well as ACE conferences and study tours; 
  • benefit from national marketing, state advertising, group publicity, website with manager profile pages, and, most importantly, word-of-mouth referrals.

 

Growing your Franchise Business

"Imagine buying a franchise territory and building up a portfolio to your desired level

1) Build up a Portfolio. We suggest you allow around 18 months to build up to a good sized income for a greenfield site. We can assist you to purchase a portfolio as well as market in your local area. Your portfolio is a saleable asset and is currently in strong demand.

2) Split your Territory. By developing your portfolio, you can later split it and sell a portion of your territory and portfolio to a new manager.

3) Grow your Office. As you build your portfolio organically or by marketing, simply upgrade your office/staff environment
