Change to a new Strata Manager

Please refer to your existing Owners Corporation agreement for contract and appointment details.

To receive a quote from an Ace strata manager:

1. Use our Branch Locator function by entering your suburb
2. Contact your local Ace strata manager for a discussion and quote
3. Discuss with and inform your other Owners Corporation members about the Ace strata manager
4. Put on the agenda and vote at a meeting, AGM or Committee Meeting
5. Appoint the Ace strata manager 

Executive Committee members can dismiss a manager at any general meeting and an ordinary resolution is required. If there is a valid contract, the manager may need to be paid out for the remainder of the contract.

The existing Owners Corporation manager will return all Owners Corporation records and funds to the new strata manager or secretary within 28 days of termination of appointment.
