Transferring a Body Corporate to a New Body Corporate Manager

Please refer to your existing body corporate management agreement for contract and appointment details.

To receive a quote from an Ace manager:

1. Use our Find a Manager function by entering your suburb
2. Contact your local Ace manager for a discussion and quote
3. Discuss with and inform your other body corporate members about the Ace manager
4. Vote at a meeting
5. Appoint the Ace Manager as your new body corporate manager

The committee has the power to dismiss a manager at a committee meeting. Body corporate members can do so at any general meeting and an ordinary resolution is required. If there is a valid contract, the manager may need to be paid out for the remainder of the contract.

The existing body corporate manager will return all owners corporation records and funds to the new manager or secretary within 28 days of termination of appointment.
