Transferring an Strata Corporation to a new Strata Manager

Please refer to your existing strata corporation agreement for contract and appointment details.

To receive a quote from an Ace manager:

1. Use our Find a Manager function by entering your suburb
2. Contact your local Ace strata agent for a discussion and quote
3. Discuss with and inform your other strata corporation members about the Ace manager
4. Vote at a meeting
5. Appoint the Ace Manager as your new strata corporation manager

The management committee has the power to dismiss a strata manager at a management committee meeting. Strata corporation members can do so at any general meeting and an ordinary resolution is required. If there is a valid contract, the strata manager may need to be paid out for the remainder of the contract.

The existing strata manager will return all strata corporation records and funds to the new manager or secretary within 28 days of termination of appointment. Termination clauses may vary and you should check any agreements you have in place.
