Transferring an Management Corporation to a new Managing Agent

Please refer to your existing Management Corporation agreement for contract and appointment details.

To receive a quote from an Ace manager:

1. Use our Find a Manager function by entering your suburb
2. Contact your local Ace manager for a discussion and quote
3. Discuss with and inform your other Management Corporation members about the Ace manager
4. Vote at a meeting
5. Appoint the Ace Manager as your new Management Corporation manager

Management Corporation members can dismiss a manager at any general meeting and an ordinary resolution is required. If there is a valid contract, the manager may need to be paid out for the remainder of the contract.

The existing Management Corporation manager will return all Management Corporation records and funds to the new manager or secretary within 28 days of termination of appointment.
