Transferring an Strata Company to a new Strata Manager
Please refer to your existing strata company management agreement for contract and appointment details.
To receive a quote from an Ace manager:
- Use our Find a Manager function by entering your suburb
- Contact your local Ace manager for a discussion and quote
- Discuss with and inform your other strata company members about the Ace strata manager
- Vote at a meeting
- Appoint the Ace Manager as your new strata manager
The council has the power to dismiss a manager at a council meeting. Strata company members can do so at any general meeting and an ordinary resolution is required. If there is a valid contract, the strata manager may need to be paid out for the remainder of the contract.
The existing strata manager will return all strata company records and funds to the new strata manager or secretary within 28 days of termination of appointment.
