Rieta Mistry’s primary aim is to offer professional, honest and personal service to the members of the Body Corporate. She has an enthusiastic approach to everything that she does and is committed to listening to body corporate members and committees to meet their specific requirements.

A Full Practicing member of the Community Titles Institute Queensland (CTIQ) and a member of the National Strata Titles Institute, Reita has attended both bodies’ conferences this year. She has also completed the Body Corporate Certificate 4 at TAFE Southbank.

Reita has attended the following workshops provided by CTIQ to keep body corporate managers up to date with changing business and strata title environments

  • NCTI Congress


Ace Body Corporate Management (Brisbane) holds $2 million in professional indemnity with AON Insurance. They believe that the successes in management with SFP style developments are a result of effective communication, that size is not the important factor, and are confident to meet client expectations. Ace (Brisbane) specialize in the blocks that do not have residential managers and so communication is always with the members.

Before joining Ace Body Corporate Management (Brisbane), Reita was a Practice Manager for a busy local Specialist Medical Practice, with two offices located in Gold Coast and Logan. Her responsibilities comprised staff management, financial management, customer feed back and supervision of building renovations.

In her spare time Reita is involved with her three children and their sporting activities with John Paul College, enjoys classical Indian dancing, is a Member of the GAQ and the Women for Women group. Her interests include yoga, bush walking, Badminton and dancing.
