Richard Keyte has a Bachelor of Business (Majoring in Accounting) and is a CPA. As a Finance and Business professional Richard has worked in a number of industries, including food manufacture, construction, travel and the ‘rag’ trade (clothing). He has extensive management and finance experience gained from over 20 years working in financial management roles and has been responsible for large budgets and delivering projects on time and on budget. He has an interest in property and share investments and manages his own investment portfolio.

Richard is a hands-on manager looking after a personal portfolio of properties. He attends regular seminars and keeps abreast of changes affecting bodies corporate. As a unit owner, investor and resident in a body corporate environment, Richard has a first hand understanding of what owners, investors and residents want in a Body Corporate Manager. Richard is a single dad with one son. He enjoys watching his son play soccer and is a keen cyclist. Other interest include swimming and working out in the gym. Richard likes to keep fit and active.
