POH TENG BAN, DIRECTOR
Poh Teng Ban graduated in 1982 from the National University of Singapore’s
School of Architecture and Building. Having earned a primary foundation
in building technology and design methods; he proceeded to acquire and
develop effective executive management skills in an often harsh business
environment; eventually reaching key management positions with well known
MNC’s operating in Singapore, namely the Jardine Group and Diethelm
Industries.
Working and living amongst the varied and colourful peoples of the different
nations making up ASEAN, notably Hong Kong, Vietnam and Malaysia, has
exposed Teng Ban to a rich diversity of experience and knowledge, which
he has put to good stead in the interest of his clients.
An intimate familiarity with the various aspects of building engineering
services and construction processes together with an acquired appreciation
of materials and finishes, specifications and contracts administration
are attributes that serve well to compliment his managerial training.
For most of his spare time, Teng Ban indulges in his pet pastime – developing
an appreciation for the finer aspects of property management. Having
served in an honorary capacity for more than a decade as a Council member
and Chairman of the Management Committee where he has lived since 1985,
he is also actively involved in the Facilities Management of the largest
non-golfing premier Club in Singapore.
CHIANG SUE FERN, DIRECTOR

Sue Fern oversees the provision of Head Office support for administration, billing, accounting and secretarial operations for the Estates under management.
THAM SIEW LOON, PROPERTY MANAGER
Tham Siew Loon is a graduate in Engineering (Civil) from the National
University of Singapore. Besides his professional practice, he has accumulated
over 15 years of property management experience working with organizations
like Emporium Holdings group, Eng Wah cinemas, Jones Lang Wootton Property
Consultants and, most notably, the DBS Group where he was fully responsible
for the uninterrupted operation of their engineering services and building
facilities

CHOON HUAT, MANAGER
Choon Huat graduated in 1988 from the National
University of Singapore with a degree in Bachelor of Science (Building,
Honors). He
further
pursued with post graduate studies in the management field with a
Graduate Diploma in Business Administration in 1991 and specialised
in the property
management field with a Master of Science (Property & Maintenance
Management) in 1993.
Having the opportunity to hold key management positions with big corporations including the Pidemco Land Pte Ltd (now known as CapitaLand Pte Ltd), Singapore Telecommunications Ltd on key portfolio of both property management and project development and key responsibilities in heading the maintenance, housekeeping, security as well as Development department with a local prestigious club, he has accumulated more than 15 years of experience in the field of property management and project development.
KAREN TAN, ACCOUNTS & ADMINISTRATION
Karen has more than 15 years of working experience in the accounts and
general administration fields. Resourceful and patient, she will be a
key facilitator for the routine functions within the Head Office as well
as a constructive interface with the residents of the Estate.
She currently takes charge of processing the day-to-day billing, accounts
and administrative functions demanded by the Estates under our management.
