Georgia Cook is the
Body Corporate Manager of Ace Body Corporate Management (Gold Coast), and is a member of Strata Community Australia (SCA) Queensland.
Ace Body Corporate Gold Coast is dedicated to providing a fantastic service to Bodies Corporate on the Gold Coast and Queensland in general. We strive to gain knowledge in a variety of areas associated with Body Corporate Management.
Georgia is a member of QBCA (Queensland Body Corporate Association) and a sponsor of the association. Georgia is also a member of ARAMA (Australian Resident Accommodation Managers' Association). Membership of these organisations assists Ace in understanding issues and problems associated with other aspects of Body Corporate Management. This enables us to be better positioned to assist owners in a Body Corporate in different aspects of your management.
Ace Gold Coast provides regular training sessions for owners, committees and property managers in different sessions to assist the groups to better understand Body Corporate issues at various levels of interest and knowledge.
It is the aim of Ace Body Coprorate Gold Coast to provide a Professional, Personal Service to all of our clients. Georgia has a Certificate IV in Body Corporate Operations, a Certificate IV in Real Estate and has undertaken many courses in sales, negotiation, customer service & management. Georgia has also completed Unleash the Power and been firewalking!!
