Cassie Summers is the

Experience – Cassie Summers has been involved in real estate since 1982 and is a fully Licensed Real Estate Agent. Working for over 15 years as a Property Manager in New South Wales, the Gold Coast and Brisbane, has taught Cassie how important it is to communicate well with all parties. Attention to detail and guaranteed follow-through built strong relationships with both landlords and tenants and earned her the reputation of an exceptionally competent liaison officer working successfully to achieve the absolute best outcomes.
Branching out into Real Estate Sales gave Cassie the opportunity of working closely with builders and developers, seeing their projects come to fruition from the drawing board through to fully developed complexes and homes. It has led to an understanding of what their aims are and to celebrate their achievements with them.
Dedication – Cassie’s background in business, accounting and teaching brings an accurate, disciplined and professional approach much appreciated by the Bodies Corporate she manages. Having owned and operated a variety of businesses over the years, from a 120 seat licensed restaurant in the Logan Hyperdome to the BP Roadhouse at Point Lookout on North Stradbroke Island, teaching Real Estate Certificate IV at TAFE and Professional Real Estate Training colleges throughout Brisbane and the Gold Coast, teaching MYOB at Axiom College and building a strong client base of MYOB software users, Cassie knows and understands the hurdles life can sometimes throw at you and she works closely with all parties, doing whatever it takes, to ensure a successful result.
