Ngaire McDougall is the

Ngaire McDougall established Ace Body Corporate Management (Coolangatta) in November 2010.
In her ten years experience in the Body Corporate Industry, Ngaire has managed body corporate portfolios comprising residential and commercial buildings which involved working on a day-to-day basis with owners, committee members, on-site managers and contractors.
Her vision is to become the most successful Body Corporate Manager in Southern Gold Coast Area in Queensland covering Coolangatta, Bilinga, Tugun, Currumbin and Currumbin Waters. She undertakes to provide professional and personal service to all her clients.
Ace Body Corporate Management (Coolangatta) is dedicated to service, support and education of committee members in relation to body corporate legislation, building maintenance and security.
