Lauren Swan is the
Body Corporate Manager of Ace Body Corporate Management (Ipswich).
Lauren comes from a real estate background having been a personal assistant for the past 7 years and also as a part time assistant property manager for two offices in the Western Suburbs of Brisbane.
Graduating from Centenary High School in 2007, Lauren decided to enter the field of real estate after studying common law and property law for 4 years. This gave her the direction in where her future career would take her. Working as a personal assistant in this industry has brought her into contact with a diverse range of people and subjects, particularly real estate laws and legislation as well as a broad range of Bodies Corporate.
Having assisted in numerous property transactions Lauren is no stranger to complex contracts, legal issues and body corporate disclosure statements. She knows too well the stress that takes its toll on the seller or purchaser of a property and has been influential on more than one occasion in ensuring all necessary documentation is in order to effect a speedy settlement for all parties.
Lauren has many strengths, but she truly enjoys working with people to assist them in their quest for the best outcome for all involved.
