Alex is qualified with bachelor’s degree in engineering, the key personnel in handling the management of building construction/engineering related issues completely in-house.
Matthew Hook – Senior Portfolio Manager
Matthew comes with more than 15 years’ experience in the service industry. His previous position with large corporations such as Heidelberg Australia and others in handling service Management Projects, contributes immensely in implementing measures to enhance the service levels at Ace.
Eshan Perera – Strata Finance Manager
Eshan is a CPA accountant and qualified with Bachelor’s degree in Business Accounting.All strata related accounting and compliance issues, BAS and Tax preparation work is now done in-house.
Neha Luthra – Strata Administration
Neha is qualified with a Bachelor Degree in Engineering and worked with multinationals such as IBM. Neha’s recently acquired Master’s Degree in Management Information Systems will no doubt contribute to better office systems management, which means your records are completely safe. Anita Fernandez – Office Administration
Anita's role is integral in coordinating different sections and managers together. Verena demands high work place standards and ethics and according to her, client needs always comes first. Anita’s primary responsibility is the delivery of service efficiency.
