Stephen Trodd is the
Owners Corporation Manager of Ace Body Corporate Management (Essendon), and is a member of Strata Community Australia (SCA) Victoria.
An electrician by trade, Stephen has further qualifications and training in the areas of air-conditioning, lifts and escalators, fire protection and project management. He has been working as a Building and Facilities Manager for the past 12 years, responsible for building maintenance, service contract management, major and minor refurbishment and construction works and security. He believes this experience and knowledge in dealing with the various trades, contractors and consultants will help him as a Body Corporate Manager and ensure that he provides a quality service.
