Rob Harris is the
Owners Corporation Manager of Ace Body Corporate Management (Ballarat), and is a member of Strata Community Australia (SCA) Victoria.
Rob has extensive Corporate Management experience in both the private and public sectors as well as running a successful multi site petroleum retailing business for over 10 years.
He also has extensive Owners Corporation experience from his own investment properties and has the advantage of seeing the industry from the client side of the business as well as a management perspective.
He holds various qualifications and accreditations in both business and financial management and is an active member of the Owners Corporation of Victoria.
Rob is an active member of Rotary International, keeps himself fit with the Step into Life programme (which he thoroughly recommends) and follows motorsports with a passion, both as a fan and competitor.
Rob has always prided himself on having an open door policy and strives to be accessible and responsive at all times.
Lastly, he has a quirky sense of humour ( come on, he barracks for Richmond who he maintains are now 14 years into their 5 year plan) and has a mantra in life that you can have a lot of fun being serious!
