Julian Dyer is the
Owners Corporation Manager of Ace Body Corporate Management (Caulfield), and is a member of Strata Community Australia (SCA) Victoria.
Julian has an extensive background in contract management primarily in construction and the entertainment industry as well as hotel and accommodation management.
Julian is well traveled having managed projects in the UK, Europe, Asia, Australia and New Zealand.
He is no stranger to body corporate life having lived in an inner-city apartment for many years. He has, for a long time, had an interest in property management and has built up a portfolio of commercial properties.
Julian is married with two children and his interests include sailing, diving, surfing and fishing.
