Mario Fonseca
Mario has over 15 years management and administrative experience in the finance industry. He is also a fully accredited mortgage broker and a qualified financial planner, which helps him to specialise in owners corporation budgeting and tax.
He has a wealth of experience prior strata management, having worked with one of the major banks as a business banker and financial planner for over seven years. He has also worked as a Client Relationship Manager (Australian government organisation) advising business clients on their tax obligations.
He has a keen interest in property, owning several properties with owners corporations as well as shares successfully using his accounting, taxation and financial planning skills to ensure the best outcome.
Venessa Afonso
Venessa Afonso has exceptional customer service skills having worked as a registered nurse for over 15 years in prominent hospitals in Melbourne. She has extensive experience in community work and is also the president of a large association that organises cultural events for its members.
In addition, her H&R Tax course and her mathematical aptitude have enabled her to manage her own investment properties.
Mario and Venessa’s hobbies include karaoke, gardening and different kinds of sport.
