Transferring an Owners Corporation to a new Strata Manager

Please refer to your existing owners corporation management agreement for contract and appointment details.

To receive a quote from an Ace manager:

  • Use our Contact Us function by entering your suburb
  • Contact your local ACE manager for a discussion and quote
  • Discuss with your other owners corporation members about the Ace manager and quote
  • Vote at a meeting
  • Appoint the Ace manager as your new owners corporation manager

The committee has the power to dismiss a manager at a committee meeting. Owners Corporation members can do so at any general meeting and an ordinary resolution is required. If there is a valid contract, the manager may need to be paid out for the remainder of the contract.

The existing Owners Corporation manager will return all owners corporation records and funds to the new manager or secretary within 28 days of termination of appointment.
